How do I know your bottles are authentic?

Each and every bottle that we stock has been professionally authenticated and inspected to be free of flaws and imperfections. And all of our bottles have an unimpeachable chain of custody from their respective distillery to your door. So you may purchase with 100% confidence that you are receiving the genuine article.

How quickly will I receive my order?

All orders received Monday through Friday before 4:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped THE VERY SAME DAY. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and all holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

What states and territories are you able to you ship to?

We make no representation relative to your right to ship wine and spirits into your state. As laws regarding the sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages are complex and constantly changing, we will reach out to you should your purchase fall within a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction. Under no circumstances are we able to ship to Canada, PO Boxes, or FPO and APO addresses.  

What is your cancellation and return policy?

Your complete and total satisfaction is our highest mission. Should you need to cancel or amend an order before shipping, please reach us at 1-833-594-4753 or shipping@therarewhiskeyshop.com.

After shipping, we do accept returns of undamaged and unopened product within seven (7) days of delivery. Please promptly contact us via phone or email to make return arrangements.

Do your purchase bottles from private collectors?

State and local liquor laws allow us to purchase bottles from third parties in some, but not all, instances. If you are interested in selling your collection, please contact our purchasing department at procurement@therarewhiskeyshop.com with a brief inventory and photos of your bottles. Upon review from our staff, you should hear back from us quickly!

I'm looking for a particular brand or bottling and don't see it in stock - can you help me locate one?

We have cultivated a vast, dependable network of retail partners that we can call upon to quickly obtain stock that we do not regularly carry. No custom request is too big or small!
