Speyside single malts are single malt Scotch whiskies, distilled in Strathspey, the area around the River Morey in Moray in northeastern Scotland. Due to the way that the regions are specified, Speyside is wholly within the Highland region and thus whiskies produced in Speyside may legally be described as coming from either region.
