2013 Angel’s Envy Cask Strength Port Finished Kentucky Straight Bourbon is the second offering in this distinct line. Aged for up to 6 years in new charred oak barrels and then finished for another 3 to 6 months in ruby port French oak barrels imported from Portugal. This beautiful bourbon offers a nose of baked sugar and candied raisins with a palate of smoky char, roasted nuts, and prunes layered in woody undertones.
