Four decades after the original Elmer T. Lee Bourbon debuted, Buffalo Trace released this 40th Anniversary Edition to honor the Master Distiller who reshaped American whiskey. For this edition, Buffalo Trace presents Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel as he himself would have evaluated it: uncut and unfiltered, straight from the barrel. Each barrel was chosen for its richness and individuality and bottled at its own natural proof, so every bottle carries a distinct character. Across the release, proof ranges from 124.8 to 138.6.
